Dr Charlotte Middleton is a GP, medical educator, keynote speaker and TV presenter with over 25 years’ experience in integrative medicine. She is deeply committed to improving health literacy through medical education and optimising patient outcomes via a balanced therapeutic approach that integrates conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies. Dr Charlotte is Chief Medical Officer at Biolae, a modern women’s health company focused on clinically backed, non-hormonal menopause care. She is also a Medical Advisor for ECS Botanics, founder of the educational platform Nexus Integrative Medicine, and Director and Principal GP at Young Street Medical—the first dedicated integrative medicine clinic in the Illawarra, NSW.
